Your name on everything.
Ours on nothing.
HeyShutter runs your client galleries, proofing, print store, booking and contracts behind your own website, your own email and your own app in the App Store. Your clients only ever see your studio.

White label, all the way down
Every screen your clients touch carries your brand.
Your client portal lives on your domain. Gallery emails come from your address. Your app is listed in the stores under your name. Type your studio name and watch it move through all of them.
Studios set their logo, colors, fonts, watermark, email sender and domain once. Every gallery, receipt, reminder and app screen picks them up.

Galleries and proofing
Galleries that sell, not just deliver.
Every gallery lives inside a private client account. Proofs stay watermarked with your mark until they're paid for, and the originals never leave your storage until then.
- Private client accounts. You create the client, they get an invite with a temporary password and set their own.
- Included and add-on sets. Mark which categories come with the package and sell the rest, $10 a set by default.
- Paid online or in person. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, or record Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, cash and check yourself.
- Downloads that expire. Full-size files come from private storage through links that last five minutes.

From inquiry to print
One thread from booking to the final print.
A client who books on your site already has an account, a signed agreement and a draft gallery waiting before you pick up the camera.
They pick a time
Session types, your hours and days off. A slot holds for 30 minutes while they finish.
They sign
Your agreement, signed in the browser. The signed copy is sealed with a SHA-256 fingerprint.
They pay the retainer
By card online, or by Venmo or Cash App when you'd rather take it by hand.
You show up
A reminder goes out two days before, and every session sits in your phone's calendar.
The gallery lands
Upload, cull, publish. They get an email from your address and a push from your app.
They keep buying
Add-on sets, full galleries, prints, canvas and metal, long after the session.
Built for events and pageants
Upload the whole event. Get it back sorted by person.
HeyShutter groups thousands of frames by face and shooting order, flags the number card shot before each group, and matches groups to contestants who already have photos. You check it, merge or split, and move everything into place.
- Every family invited in one step. Paste contestants with parent emails and every account and invitation is created at once.
- Photos you're in. Families who opt in find group and stage shots of their contestant with a selfie, sold photo by photo. The selfie is never stored.
- Consent first. Face matching only runs for events where families have agreed to it, and the data is kept per event and cleared on a schedule.

Group shots, crowning, and the walk off stage. Each one is $6, or all 23 for $90.
Print store
A print lab behind your name.
Clients crop and order prints, canvas, metal and framed pieces right from their gallery. You approve every crop, download 300 ppi print files, and the lab ships in plain packaging with no lab branding.
- You see every crop first. Nothing goes to the lab until you've checked it.
- Your prices, your margin. Start from a catalog built on WHCC costs and set your own retail.
- Tracking back to the client. Mark it shipped and they get the tracking number from you.

Why HeyShutter exists
HeyShutter started as the software behind a working portrait and pageant studio in Tennessee, built to replace a stack of gallery, booking and print tools with one system that carries the studio's name.
Today it runs studios of every size, from first galleries on the free plan to busy event photographers with their own app in the stores.
Will my clients ever see the HeyShutter name?
No. Your galleries run on your own domain, emails come from your address, and your app is published under your developer account. You sign in to HeyShutter at app.heyshutter.com to run the studio. Your clients never go there.
Do I have to give up my current website?
No. Keep WordPress, Squarespace, Showit or Wix and point one subdomain, like clients.yourstudio.com, at HeyShutter. Add a Client Login link to your menu and drop the booking widget on any page. If you'd rather have one site that does it all, we'll design and host it for you.
Why does the app go on my own Apple and Google accounts?
Apple's App Store rules expect apps made from a template service to be submitted by the business the app represents. Publishing under your accounts keeps you within those rules, puts your studio's name on the listing as the seller, and means the listing and its reviews belong to you.
I'm on Pixieset, Pic-Time, ShootProof or Pass. Can I switch?
Yes. Bring over your client list and delivered galleries, or let our team move everything for you on Signature. Your clients get a fresh invitation from your studio, and nothing changes on your website except the login link.
What does it cost?
There's a free plan with 10 GB, and paid plans start at $19 a month with 0% fees on your sales. Custom app design and launch is $2,500 one time, and a custom website is $2,500 one time. See pricing for what's included.
Make the last thing your clients see your studio.
Start free with 10 GB, and upgrade when your studio grows.
